• TLC is the Troop Leadership Council
• These meeting are open to those scouts who have a leadership position in the troop and Assistant Scout Masters (ASMs)
• Starting with the month of September, Troop 1140 will start having monthly Troop Leadership Council (TLC) meetings
• These meetings will be the second Tuesday of each month from 7:30-9:00pm
• At these meeting we will
  • Make sure that the meetings for the current month are on the correct path to be ready
  • Plan in detail the next month’s meetings
  • Go over the month after that and start to plan out the agenda for each meeting.
• The Troop Scribe will take notes for each meeting which will be sent to by Scoutmaster Huggins as an agenda to the entire troop
• The next TLC meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 8 at 7:30 pm
