Scout Sunday--February 12, 2012
- Kirkwood will be celebrating Scout Sunday on February 12
- We will meet in the Fellowship Hall at 10:30am then, as a group, we will walk into the Sanctuary
- Please be dressed in full Class A uniform
- Scout Sunday at Kirkwood now involves Pack 1140, Troop 1140, Girl Scout Troop 32, Venturer Crew 3200, and Scouts from other units who are members of Kirkwood
- It's the 3rd/4th largest service Kirkwood has each year
- Scouts and their families are all welcomed to attend this event
- If you are interested in helping out--and/or if you play an instrument and feel comfortable playing a piece of music at the service--please contact Scoutmaster Huggins
Old Dominion District Merit Badge Jamboree--March 3, 2012
- Saturday, March 3
- West Springfield High School
- $20 per Scout / $5 per Adult (includes lunch)
- Scouts must wear Class A Uniform (Brown Scout shirt, green Scout pants/shorts, and Scout belt if pants/shorts don't have a Scout buckle)
- Sign-up Deadline - February 1, 2012
